Timeless Threads is a small owner-operated business located in the Southern Highlands of NSW. It operates a quilting supplies business that provides pattern quilt materials, education and advice to a large number of regular and occasional clients that live in the area as well as other parts of the State.

The shop is situated on a main thoroughfare in a heritage building, in the delightful town of Mittagong, the gateway to the beautiful Southern Highlands, where pattern quilt, patchwork and quilting are a tradition. We have a large car park opposite and parking at the front and rear.

Timeless Threads specialises in vintage fabrics and has a large assortment of Yuwas and Lecien fabrics as well as a good selection of spots, stripes and checks that complement all the vintage florals. 

We offer comprehensive classes with our own Ruth Van Haeff. In addition, groups can be catered for. As well as Ruth, we have various other well-known teachers teaching at Timeless Threads.

Karen Cunningham, well known for her beautiful hand-made pattern quilts, many based on antique designs.

Vickie Porter who also brings her embroidery skills to Timeless Threads from 2008.

 We also offer services for the quilter such as pinning or tacking out quilts, or do it yourself on our tables to save your back. Tuesday is sit and sew day where the kettle is always on and our sunlit courtyard perfect for sewing in the sun.
